Return Policy:
Scent Curry strives to provide a great shopping experience. Opened or used products cannot be returned once delivered. If you receive a damaged, broken, or leaked product, please contact our customer care within 24-48 hours.

Refunds or exchanges for damaged products (leakage, broken, or missing items) may be initiated after verification. Damages due to improper usage or specific sensitivities are not covered under this policy. We recommend performing a patch test before use.

Refund Policy:
Scent Curry is not liable for damages after delivery. Missing or damaged product claims must include an unboxing video with original packaging. 

To initiate a refund, contact us at +91 8881108868 or email us at contact@scentcurry.com with relevant images or videos. If the package is damaged, kindly refuse to accept it on delivery. 

For issues marked as delivered but not received, report within 3 days. No refunds will be processed beyond this timeframe. Delivery charges are non-refundable, and cash-on-delivery refunds will be processed within 4-7 working days after verification.

Refund claims should be made within 24 hours of delivery. Once approved, it may take up to 15 days for the refund to be credited. Scent Curry will provide transaction details once initiated.
